The Valby Compact attachments can be used for the handling of logs, stones, scrap and for demolition use.  The hook-up to the excavator is different if the grapples are used for demolition, because, in that case, the grapple is hooked with a rigid rotator to the excavator (see the picture to the right.)  In most other cases, one would use a hanger that enables the grapple to swing in four directions (see the picture to the left).
