UNIGRABS
These grapples are able to handle multiple materials, such as brush, recycling materials, stones, building residue, logs and they
can be used for demolition.

PENETRATION
The form of the jaws are such that they point down when the jaws are
open. The grapple can therefore penetrate into piles of such materials as brush, tires and
building material residue.
CONTROLLED RELEASE OF THE MATERIAL
The grapples have two jaws on one side and a single jaw on the
other. The bypass grapples support the load from underneath and both sides. The jaws
bypass and close to a tight fit. When the grapple is opened the drop off from the grapple
to the ground is only about 2 inches. The grapple can therefore be used to
place things rather than to drop them. This is a useful feature when the grapple is used
for construction tasks.
WIDE GRIP
The grapples are wide which provide stability when handling
materials such as logs.
DESIGN FEATURES
The jaws are made of special steel and have wear plates.
The plates provide for a wider grip and strengthen side
stability.
The joints have a grease fitting and a bronze bearing.
Valby compact excavator stone grapple has a
powerful cylinder with a heavy piston.
Connection rods on both sides of the cylinder provide
balance.
The Valby grapples have a belly
plate which protects the cylinder from underneath.
The mounting plates of the
Valby grapples are strong, and they can house rotators that can lift up to 6 tons. |
